In July, the Department of Health Care Services made clear their plans to sustain CalAIM beyond its 2026 renewal date. The state has determined that key components like Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and most Community Supports (CS) can be made permanent parts of Medi-Cal without needing a federal waiver. With the intention to continue these services now clear, there is a timely opportunity to gather and share insights from those directly involved in implementation.

We are hosting a one-day, in-person convening in Southern California on Thursday, November 13, 2025 for a diverse group of CalAIM implementers, including ECM and Community Supports providers, implementation hubs, and Medi-Cal managed care plans. Participation will be limited for each group to ensure balanced representation, with preference given to staff with lived experience.

This event will provide a structured space for implementers to share real-world experiences and inform both policy and practice. The application deadline is Wednesday, October 15th at 12:00PM.
